If you were to leave this life, would you perish with a sense of dread? Could you throw it all away? There’s a returning point, no matter who you are. Do not choose to fear what’s buried in your heart. This life is wasted sleeping, don’t close your eyes. Believe there’s something more / than just what you can see. It’s not just pain and death; but also life. Behold it, I beseech you. Don’t let the hate be all you are. Embrace it, have strength to cast the darkness down. This life is wasted sleeping, don’t close your eyes. Your heart is wasted weeping, don’t let it die. It has been so long; every right feels so wrong. Heading for the light leaves us in the dark. All abandon hope / when it’s too much to cope. What you carry on’s all that we control. There is so much more; So much more to this life. Open your eyes. I simply cannot see / the way to reach across the void / that divides / you from me; And I could say, but would you hear / this warning I / wish you would heed? This life is wasted sleeping, don’t close your eyes. Your heart is wasted weeping, don’t let it die. It has been so long; every right feels so wrong. Heading for the light leaves us in the dark. All abandon hope / when it’s too much to cope. What you carry on’s all that we control. Believe in this, your pain could end tonight. It all depends / on the strength of your will; the will to survive. There is so much more; So much more to this life. Open your eyes.

Ironwilled 03:35
I walk the earth not knowing why: The reason for / my malaise / or the reason I can’t close my eyes. The question / builds to fear, then builds to anger searing in my heart; The will to break the chains / that hold me down. It’s all that I have left. The question / builds to fear, then builds to anger searing in my heart; The will to break the chains / that hold me down. I will not make / apologies. I will not make amends; I’m not here to make friends. You’ve only held me down, so this is where we end. Out of the circle; and into the void. Out of the circle; and into the void. I will break / these chains that hold / me / down. You cannot break / my will to live. It’s all I have / to find my way. I will not be conquered. I will not be restrained. I will not be / enslaved. I don’t exist / to bend upon your will. This world will burn. There is no apologies. No, not while am alive. Tonight I cast you down. Tonight I cast you out. I am not here to appease, and my will can’t be restrained. And so this story goes; I cast you out.

Departer 03:44
I lie awake in my / regret. These things I can’t forget / are etching in the walls; Screaming my lament, and closing in on me this night. The echoes of my heart; pounding agony, are filling up the room. I’ll tear it out. It’s killing me no more. It’s buried under mountains. So it goes; I’ll never love again. What is life / with nothing to live for? What is life / circled by these walls; screaming my lament, and closing in on me this night? The echoes of my heart; pounding agony, are filling up the room. I lie awake; there’ll be no rest for me. Not on this night, not on your life. The etching in the walls / come crashing down. I’m leaving here, but I’ll be around. What is life / with nothing to live for? What is life / circled by these walls; screaming my lament, and closing in on me this night? The echoes of my heart; pounding agony, are filling up the room. I lie awake; there’ll be no rest for me. Not on this night, not on your life. The etching in the walls / come crashing down; so I’m leaving here; I’ll be around. I will be around. I will be around!

End Apparent 03:22
This / fear of the end / lies in the hearts / of all the / people of the earth. This truth is the only constant, the only certainty of life. All will flee before / the truth of this takes hold: The warmth of life; embittered by the cold. See through my eyes, there’s little cause for fear. All life must / perish through the years. This truth is the only constant: The only certainty of life. Will you meet your end on your feet, or on your knees? This is your only chance. You will not live again. This end is the silence that you couldn’t hear over the din that’s been calling your name. This truth is a constant: The all that is certain; the summons of the unknown. Will you answer? Will you heed the call? See through my eyes: There’s little cause for fear. The warmth of life’s embittered by the years. This truth is the only constant. This truth is the certainty of life. When you meet your end, tell me will you be on / your feet or on your knees? This is your only chance. You will not live again. The end is the silence that you couldn’t hear over the din that’s been calling your name. This truth is the constant: The all that is certain; the summons of the unknown.

Lament 04:29
So close to the edge; so close its breathing you in. Deep down I know: I know that you’re afraid; of what this could mean / and of what we could have been. You see no hope; you’re rushing to your end. It’s so easy / to look on your life / and the choices you made: Filling up with your regret; but hindsight is perfect, we’re not even close. We live with the consequences. So close to the edge; so close its breathing you in. Deep down I know: I know that you’re afraid; of what this could mean / and of what we could have been. You see no hope; you’re rushing to your end. So near, so far, only agony remains. If you wish: End it all, but you will not be the same. I hear / your heart / beating songs of disquiet. Know there’s / still hope / if your mind’s open to it. Your sorrow’s touchable / in every sense of the words / you dare not speak aloud. I wish you could see; you’re not the only one who / bleeds this night. I wish that you could see. If you wish, you could end it all. (You could end it all.) So near, so far, only agony remains. If you wish: End it all, but you will not be the same. I hear / your heart / beating songs of disquiet. Know there’s / still hope / if your mind’s open to it. So near, so far, only agony within. So near, so far, only agony within.

Dischord 04:03
The bridges burn, and the skies grow dark / as pain and woe seep in your veins. There’s no regard / for those we love. This self-destruction can’t be explained. Into the night you flee / in fear. A new life comes; it needs your strength. Don’t run away. Behold it now, and seek the stars / to light your way. Your only hope / to break from this / prison / you cast upon yourself lies within your heart; within your grasp, only a reach away. This pain you bear / across your heart; it will subside / if you impart the will to let go / of what you have become. Despite all you know; there’s strength to break the hold, if you could let go. Take strength from those you love. Just take a look in the mirror. Do your eyes like they see? This illness has broken / every heart / that’s bound itself to yours. This pain you bear / across your heart; it will subside. This world you know / has so much more / than you would ever believe. Behold the light: It’d free your heart; if you’d perceive / the will to let go (Will you let go?) of what you have become. Despite all you know: There’s strength to break the hold; If you could let go (Will you let go?) of what you have become. This pain that you know / will die when you impart the will to let go / of what you have become. Despite all you know. There’s strength to break the hold.
