So close to the edge; so close its breathing you in.
Deep down I know: I know that you’re afraid;
of what this could mean / and of what we could have been.
You see no hope; you’re rushing to your end.
It’s so easy / to look on your life / and the choices you made: Filling up with your regret;
but hindsight is perfect, we’re not even close. We live with the consequences.
So close to the edge; so close its breathing you in.
Deep down I know: I know that you’re afraid;
of what this could mean / and of what we could have been.
You see no hope; you’re rushing to your end.
So near, so far, only agony remains.
If you wish: End it all, but you will not be the same.
I hear / your heart / beating songs of disquiet.
Know there’s / still hope / if your mind’s open to it.
Your sorrow’s touchable / in every sense of the words / you dare not speak aloud.
I wish you could see; you’re not the only one who / bleeds this night.
I wish that you could see.
So close to the edge; so close its breathing you in.
Deep down I know: I know that you’re afraid;
of what this could mean / and of what we could have been.
You see no hope; you’re rushing to your end.
So near, so far, only agony remains.
If you wish: End it all, but you will not be the same.
I hear / your heart / beating songs of disquiet.
Know there’s / still hope / if your mind’s open to it.
If you wish, you could end it all. (You could end it all.)
So near, so far, only agony remains.
If you wish: End it all, but you will not be the same.
I hear / your heart / beating songs of disquiet.
Know there’s / still hope / if your mind’s open to it.
So near, so far, only agony within. So near, so far, only agony within.

Amazing songs,KSE lyrics helps me a lot,i lost my father recently(2020).
The time where i was really close with him was in summer 2007 and i listened a lot to ADD Album at the time.
So hearing KSE always reminds me of him,r.i.p.
Jesse leach is an amazing vocalist and lyricist,howard too. love 'em both.
